Implementation Documents 

Before getting started, please review the six implementation documents below.

The Software Services Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement must be signed before initiating the AST in your Trust. 

Once these agreements are completed, we’ll begin the onboarding process, providing all the necessary information for your team about the AST and supporting you in addressing any questions they may have.

Before any data analysis can start, the Healthcare Professionals Consent Form must be signed by the Lead Clinician to confirm that all participating clinicians have consented to their involvement in the AST.
